  • How long will it take to receive my video?
    While we endeavor to send you your video as soon as we possibly can, please allow 5-7 business days, after placing your order, for us to send you your .mp4 link.
  • Are my childs videos safe?
    We can assure you we try our best to ensure ALL the videos are protected as best we can. We have procedures in place to cross check the person ordering to the child/performer, we ask for the purchaser to verify their relationship with the performer, each event now has a password in order to view and your video will be sent via a password protected link. We are commited to child safety and ensure that anyone that has access to the video footage has a valid WWCC number at all times. If you wish to discuss this with us further please dont hesitate to contact us and we will gladly discuss with you.
  • How long are the routines available for sale?
    Routines are available for sale for a period of 3 months after the event finishes.
  • Can I share my videos to social media?
    Our APRA/AMCOS license is to sell videos for PRIVATE and DOMESTIC use only. which means they can not legally be shared publically on social media. If you wish to share your videos with family and close friends please ensure this is done so privately (which means behind a password and not PUBLIC).
  • Can I download my video to a seperate hard drive?
    We use the Mediazilla platform to help ensure privacy and to ensure all videos are protected. Please note once you have accepted the video to your account it will remain in your possession for life. While the files can not be downloaded to a seperate hard drive you can log on to Medizilla from most smart devices including phones, tablets, computers and laptops and some smart TVs. just download and install the mediazilla ap or go directly to the website at www.mediazilla.com to sign up for free.
  • My video wont play back, what do I do?"
    An .mp4 file is a commonly used video format and should play back on most devices. If you find you can not play back your video please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you make sure you can.
  • I forgot to pick up a brochur. Can I still get the password?
    Yes! Please click here and fill out the form. Once we verify you attended the event we will contact you with the password to access the relevant site.
